Request a Transcript
A transcript is an official document provided by NC IUL at the end of you study period. Your transcript is an official record of your achievements at the University.
- Students can request a Transcript by completing the Transcript Request Form and sending it to the Registry Department

- Transcripts can be sent or handed directly to students.
- Please submit your transcript request well in advance of the date you will need it. We aim to process transcript rquest within 5-7 working days, but this may take longer during busy periods. You should allow time for us to resolve any queries, and for international postage (both Royal Mail and the postal system of the country to which it is being sent).
You can request one transcript without charge. Further copies will be charged at £10.00 per transcript. These fees include postage to either a UK address or airmail postage to all overseas addresses.
Transcripts can be mailed directly to you or collected from the Registry Department at NC IUL.
Transcripts can be sent by Courier for faster delivery (additional £20.00 per address will be charged).
We do not release transcripts on behalf of students with outstanding financial obligations to the University.
We cannot accept any responsibility, including financial, for transcripts lost in transit.
